Wagentix is an AI assistant that answers on a WhatsApp number operated by a business or a team. To answer, it sends the content of messages to the providers listed below. This page states who they are, what each one receives, when it is sent, and what each one's own policy says about how long it keeps it.
To provide the assistant, we send the content of messages sent to this number - including text, images, voice notes, documents and any file you attach - to third-party providers who process it on our behalf. Those providers are Google (including Google Maps Platform), Adobe and Leonardo.ai. Each may retain that content for a period set by its own policy, which we do not control: some state a maximum, and at least one states no fixed period at all. Where you ask about a place, an address or a route, Google receives that query as an independent controller and may use it to improve its own products. Current details of what each provider receives, and what its policy says about retention, are published at https://wagentix.com/legal/sub-processors and form part of these terms.

The map row is different from every other row. Every other provider processes data on our behalf and on our instructions only. Google receives place, address and route queries in its own right, and may use them for its own products. That is why it has its own sentence in the clause above and its own row here.
One provider states no retention period. Leonardo.ai's policy states a condition, not a duration. We record that as an unknown rather than presenting an estimate as a fact.
This is a living list. Providers are added and removed as the service changes. The address of this page stays the same so that the list behind it can change; customers are notified in writing before a provider is added.
